Golden Milk Latte
This healing drink has so many benefits for your digestion, immune system and most of all for your soul!
Equipment
- pot, whisk or spoon
Ingredients
- 1 / 4 tsp Fresh Grated Ginger or Powder
- 1 / 2 tsp Fresh Curcuma or Powder
- 1 / 4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 / 4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 pinch Vanilla and Salt
- 1 pinch Orange Peel Powder (Optional)
- 1 tsp Sweetener (Agave, maple syrup or coconut sugar or honey)
- 1 / 2 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1 mug Almond or Any Preferred Milk
Instructions
- Put your coconut oil into a small pot and let it melt at medium heat
- Add the milk and spices, stir well and bring to gentle boil, stirring occasionally
- Turn off the heat and add your sweetener, mix well
- Serve and drink warm
