Smoothie with Kefir Ingredients
- 1 glass of kefir, drained
- 1 small cucumber, cut into big pieces (peel is on)
- Lettuce and any other green leaves you have like rocket, spinach, etc
- Herbs like fresh mint leaves, parsley, basil, coriander (my favourite is mint)
- Dried herbs like mint
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea or himalayan salt
- Some ice
- Optional: turmeric, ginger, blackpepper for an anti-inflammation effect
- Add some water to reach to the consistency you like

And just blend them all until smooth enough! Enjoy this as a snack or with your meals or make it an on the go breakfast! If you want to make it richer, add some chia or flaxseeds to support satiety and healthy fat-omega 3 support! Your cat may or may not like it, you must try:)) (jooo-king!)
